Delivery in the United Kingdom is done by:

• Shipping Provider: Evri. Orders placed before 16:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically within 2-3 working days.
• Standard Delivery: A flat rate of £5.97 for orders under £100.
• Free Delivery: For orders over £100.

While delivery times can vary, most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may be affected during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders received after 16:00 will be processed the next business day.

• Revolut: Payment options include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.
• Pay on arrival: Payment is made upon receipt of the package. Additional costs may apply.
• Bank transfer: Payment can be made directly into our bank account.

• Statutory Returns: Customers have the right to cancel orders and return products within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return.
• 28-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Eligible items can be returned within 28 days in their original, unopened packaging with tags intact for a full product price refund, excluding delivery fees. This guarantee excludes needles, grips, tips, tubes, inks, and any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
• Exclusions: Hygiene-sensitive and personalized/custom-made goods are permanently excluded from both statutory and voluntary return policies. These items must be returned directly to tattoobase.co.uk for assessment under their service terms.

• Consumer Rights: Under UK consumer law, if products are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may request a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
