You place your order online and we confirm it together with the payment arrangements — online payment options are coming soon. The current options are always shown at checkout.

Yes — every order comes with an itemised invoice. If you need it addressed to your business, include your company details with the order or contact us with your order number and we will issue it accordingly.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See our returns page for the full process.

Sterile and hygiene-sealed products — needles, cartridges, inks and similar consumables — cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for health protection and hygiene reasons. This is a standard exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Unopened, sealed items can be returned normally, and faulty items are always our responsibility.

Email us with your order number and which items you are returning, and we will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment route once the items arrive back with us.

Yes. We stock genuine products from established manufacturers — Cheyenne, Bishop, Balm Tattoo, Panthera, Base Ink and others — sourced through proper supply channels. Everything arrives in original sealed packaging with batch numbers where applicable.

Yes — sterile items and inks carry printed expiry dates and we rotate stock so orders ship with a comfortable shelf life remaining. We recommend checking dates on arrival and storing products away from heat and sunlight.

All needles and cartridges we sell are single-use, EO (ethylene oxide) gas sterilised, and individually blister-sealed, with the lot number and expiry date printed on the packaging. If a blister arrives damaged, do not use it — contact us and we will replace it.

Many of the inks and aftercare products we stock are vegan — free from animal-derived ingredients — and labelled as such by the manufacturer. Check the product page, or ask us if you need confirmation for a specific product.

A rotary or a pen with a medium stroke (~3.5 mm) and soft give, powered by a stable supply. It is versatile (lining + shading), forgiving and light. Coil machines can come later — see our machine buying guide for the full picture.

RL = Round Liner (lining), RS = Round Shader (small shading), RM = curved magnum (soft shading and colour), M1 = weaved magnum (large fills). The number before the code is how many needle points the grouping has; the first digits are the diameter.

It means the ink is formulated within the EU REACH restriction that limits certain pigments and impurities in tattoo inks. Great Britain runs its own UK REACH regime, but reputable inks sold in the UK are made to the EU standard anyway — treat it as your minimum benchmark when buying.
