Terms & conditions
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SILVLA SOLUTION LTD (“TattooBase”, “we”), a company registered in Scotland (company number SC798886), registered office 160 Hope Street, 3/1, Glasgow, G2 2TJ, Scotland. Contact: info@tattoobase.co.uk, +44 7897 794922.
2. Professional use
The products sold on this site are professional tattoo and PMU supplies, intended for trained artists and studios. You are responsible for using them in line with applicable hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Orders
An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock errors, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Online card payment is not yet available — after you place an order we confirm it and arrange payment by the methods communicated in the order confirmation (payment details are confirmed by email or phone).
5. Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom by courier. Delivery cost and estimated times are shown at checkout and on the Delivery information page.
6. Right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers may cancel an online order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email info@tattoobase.co.uk. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, via the original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty.
7. Returns — hygiene exceptions
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed: needles, cartridges, inks, sterile consumables, and unsealed aftercare products. See Returns.
8. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for losses caused by improper use of professional equipment or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK where they live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
