2. What we collect and why

• Account data (email, name, phone) — to create and operate your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Order and delivery data (products, addresses, order history) — to fulfil your orders and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract, legal obligation.
• Guest checkout data — same as order data, kept for order fulfilment and legal record-keeping.
• Messages you send us (support/feedback) — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Marketing preferences — newsletter only with your consent; you can withdraw at any time.

3. Where your data lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider Supabase (project hosted in London, UK). Payments, once available, will be processed by a payment provider under their own terms — we do not store card numbers.

4. Retention

Account data: while the account exists. Order/invoicing records: as required by tax law. Support messages: up to 2 years.

5. Sharing

We share data only with couriers (delivery), our hosting/infrastructure providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — see GDPR tools. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

The site uses only technical storage needed for the shop to work (session, cart, preferences). No third-party advertising cookies.
