How to return a product

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

  1. Email us at info@tattoobase.co.uk with the subject "Return request" + your order number and the products you want to return.
  2. We confirm your request and send you the shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the products in the condition you received them (unused, with labels/seals intact).
  4. Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the parcel, via the original payment method.

⚠️ Legal exceptions

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, SEALED products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned: needles and cartridges, inks, sterile consumables, and unsealed aftercare creams and products.
